Hideaway Pizza Sculpture

Hideaway Pizza is a popular and well established restaurant with 8 locations in Oklahoma.
They approached us to have their advertising character, the Kahuna, made into a sculpture.
First we made a maquette based on the drawing of the character.
After their approval, we scanned the maquette and milled it on our 3D router.
As usual, inside the sculpture is a heavy duty steel armature to support and protect the
integrity of the piece.
The people at Hideaway Pizza liked this one so much, they have
currently ordered three more.
And the city of Tulsa liked the sculpture so much, that they put in on the cover of the phone book! |
